Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules before morning workout on an empty stomach. Also, take 2 capsules before afternoon and evening meals. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Begin use with 1/2 the recommended dose (1 capsule 3 times per day) to assess your tolerance. For best results, use as part of a low - fat diet and exercise program. The maximum recommended dosage of ephedrine for a healthy adult human is no more than 100 mg from all sources in a 24 hour period for not more than 12 weeks.
