Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, add 2 level scoops to 8 fl. oz. of water. If you prefer, you may also add to 8 fl. oz. of non-fat milk. For a smoother effect, mix in a blender with 1 or 2 ice cubes or crushed ice.
